a sold prop in 2000 but did not transfered prop in revenue deptt in favour of buyer .same seller sold prop again in yr2010 to shyam lal.he got it transferred in revenue dpt now buyer says he is true and first owner .while 2nd argues that if 1st had transferred , i would not get chance to cheat of sale of same prop .
