My question is, Can a trustee sell any piece of immovable property without obtaining consent from the real owner of property, even though they were major at the time of agreement.
IF so how?
Does law give any right to trustee to sell the immovable property.

No proper advice can be given without reading the trust agreement and by not knowing that how much powers are given to the trustee to deal with the said immovable property.

The will state that Trustee is an guardian for the owners, so now can a trustee sell the immovable property.

If the said trustee is only a guardian not having any right to sell the property then you immediately must file a suit before the court declaring the said sale deed null and void or being cancelled.
