Bought a flat in bangalore which is still under construction .My wife did sale agreement with the builder but without including my name.I was out of station at that time due to nature of my work.Now that i am forcing the builder to update the sale agreement, he is unwilling to do so with excuses of too much paper work.I have made it clear that no further payments will be done till the documents are updated.
Do i Have any other option to get the matter settled faster and amicably.
