Sale agreement vs registration

My name is manoj.Recently I purchased agri land 6 acres in 2013 from my uncle.legally registered.mutation is over.I got title deed and took the bank loan on this 6 acers.Before of my registration he made a sale agreement 2 acers in my 6 acers. The other person filed suit on sale agreement.Is there any effect to my 2 acers.let me clarify. Thanks Manoj

His slae agreement is registered or unregistered?

If not registered, then he has no legal claim against your property. Further, you are a bonafide purchaser of the property and the claim should be filed against the seller only.

You need to oppose the adinterim relief if prayed by the other purchaser against your property.
