Sale agreements not executed

Recently I have purchased a agricultural land of 26 cents out of 6 acres one cent  of inherited property of my land neighbours. They consisting mother and two sons. Mother has two daughters as well. The sellers are two sons and mother who is too old to negotiate any business deal. Due to continued strike in Andhra region registration office is closed, whwre as the time period is lapsed by more than 3 months. This 26 cents is under my control and occupation. Out of Rs 442000/ the total cost I have paid 400000/  Please suggest legal remedy How long sale agreement is valid. please explain

One has to register the sale deed within 4 months from the date of execution failing so he has to pay penalty as per delay period. In your case if there is delay due to strike .  Keep a track of Strike and wait for strike to called off , the day strike  is called off immediately execute registration formalities. Don't delay further thereafter.
