1)A mother deed document number missing in sale deed
2)and online link to mother deed is also missing
Does seller party needs to present to correct this error?
I am having the mother deed original and sale deed?
What is procedure to correct this error with out involving seller party?

You have posted many errors and queries in many threads.
It is high time that you may show all docs on record to a very able counsel specializing in revenue/property/civil matters and obtain considered opinion.

Kumar Sir, i will follow your suggestion. but any inputs on this query is highly valued.

You have cocurred that your able counsel helped you rectify the errors. Although the errors if any any can opnly be rectifid by the person that has issued POA.
For other issues also your able counsel can render considerd opinion after examination of docs and help further.
