Sale deed - sale agreement - conveyence deed

Can anyone please explain the difference among

Sale Deed - Sale Agreement - Conveyence Deed. When these are executed in case of buying a resale flat/house.

Dear Sir,

In certain States like Maharashtra a final sale deed is termed as Conveyance deed where in Delhi it is referred with Sale Deed.

It is a final document which needs to be registered with your local area  registrar and a valid stamp duty to be pain on the same.
