I have two parking spaces ie one covered and the other open. My builder has collected Rs150000 for the covered and Rs50000 for the uncovered at the time of allotment. However, he has informed that the Registration Authority shall be taking its value as Rs3 lacs irrespective of the value indicated by the Builder and accordingly registration charges calculated for both the parking lots along with the 2BHK flat and registered them. Now, for the new buyers, the builder is charging Rs4 lacs for each parking space without specifying whether it is covered or open.
As I am in urgent need of money for a major sugical operation, whether I can sell one of the parking lots especially in the background that both parking lots were combinedly registered along with the flat. If not possible in the normal circumstances, how to overcome or tide over the objections/hindrances for sale?
