Sale of property of educational trust in UP

In Uttar Pradesh, an Educational Trust running several colleges proposed to sell a part of its immovable properties, to clear its loans. Trust deed provides for sale. Any permission/sanction  required and if so undr which provision of law?

UNDER THE TRUSTS ACT , YOU HAVE TO GET PERMISSION FROM THE CONCERNED STATE HIGH COURT TO SELL ANY IMMOVABLE PROPERTY OF THE TRUST. WHILE FILING THE APPLICATION BEFORE THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT , YOU HAVE TO FILE ALL THE DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THAT APPLICATION....i.e, the origin of interest over that property ( for example , if any condition precedent is there by the DONOR TO THE TRUST , THEN IT IS TOUGH ...... ) YOU HAVE TO SATISFY THE CAUSE TO SELL THAT PROPERTY AND  IN U.P , ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT HAS ORIGINAL JURISDICTION OVER THIS MATTER..

FOR MORE INFORMATION , JUST TELL WHAT IS THE OBJECT OF THE TRUST.. BECAUSE BEFORE PERUSING THE TRUST DEED , WE CAN'T SAY ANYTHING.

any sale should comply with and should come with in the purview of section 36 of the trust act
