This regarding Samsung Galaxy Note II mobile issue.
I went to Samsung Mobile Service center for IMEI number null issue, they got it ok , but somehow they introduced
Audio distortion in my mobile which on request for check that its a motherboard issue.
They don't provide part level service only component level is given.
Which means for small issues also they will get the motherboard replaced which is costly. Can I get some help from INDIAN LAW or CONSUMER FORUM
They are really cheating Indians . Ideally they should be doing low level problem solving rather than changing / replacing.
