Police inspector and other subordinate police officers had restrained my client from enforcing the order of interim mandatory injunction under the pretext of law and order situation and their mistake in understanding the order of court. I had filed private complaint against them. Does sanction as per section 197 CrPC is required in such situation? Pl comment with respect to Maharashtra as their is local amendment
