saving marriage

my dv case is going on from 16.its been 7 yrs.i m away from my kids how can I go back to them .I just walked out because of every day issues by my in laws

Have you asked for their custidy yet? Did you offer to maintain them? Give their education fee? Once you do that and can show that you can take care of them and you are willing, then you can ask for visitation rights as well. Tell the Court that you don't want to get away and let the touch dissolve.

Apply under section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violance Act, 2005 for custody / visitation rights of your children, if you have utterly fail to resolve your issues with your husband and in-laws.
