SBI- Unable to perform

Dear All

SBI is having largest number of customers but unable to perform in the 21st Century.

I had made complaint to SBI on line for my pension in the last year.

After I long harassment they credited my pension and retirement benefits to my account.

I asked them for the reasons and after several reminders this year, they had send the complaint to my home branch.

Till date they have not replied to my mail.

I want to file a complaint to consumer forum.

If any body having any knowledge in this regard or having any banking-pension rules/regulations, PLEASE send it to me.
