Eventhough fault is from wife's side when soon after marriage she leaves matrimonial home on her own accord without reasonable cause Insdian courts are denying maintenace both under DV act and125 Cr.PC.If she is well qualified and healthy also courts frown upon such wives to sit idle and demand maintenance from her estranged husband.The two judgments cited above say the same if th ewife on herown accord leaves thematrimonila home for no fault of inlaws she should not be paid maintenance.If you appreciate this answer please give  me a like on my profile.

u can't escape s/125 , yr wife will get attachment on your salary to the extent of 25%  every month. Do get compromised never make life miseran]ble for you sir, tks.
