SC Rulling for Execution of Compromise decree

Landlord won the compromise decree of shop and tenant confirm that he would vacate the shop after 1 year, unfortunately tenant die before 1 year. His legal heirs file a new civil suit and said compromise decree not lawful, not sign by the tenant. Execution file in September 2015. But his advocate delay the execution by given execuse, false reason, taken long dates. So please provide SC rulling for execution not delay, not given long date by any of the reason and landlord taken his shop immediatly
