We are living in a bldg where there is no hsg society. There are no laws and bylaws. One member is running a school causing inconvenience to others. What action can we take? Can we get a stay from HC ? Will it be possible to get a judgement from HC on this ?

How much time will it take to get a stay order ? This is in Mumbai. The secretary and other members are not supporting us in this matter . I assume judgement from HC will take some time.

Complain before MHDA or dm,they would take neccessary action.
