Sec 336 fire due to negligence

My beauty palour (under construction ) was gutted in an accidental fire in 2012 in HYderabad. Police registered a suo-moto case u/s 336 against me and my two employees . No one was injured or lost anything. Only I suffered. Premises was not insured.

I was only a tenant( owner has to built building as per fire safety rules) but police booked case against me. I surrendered before court and obtained bail in December 2012. Other employees also obtained bail.

We all appeared in court on first date ( in August 2013)  and they court gave us  all papers. Next appearance in on November 2013. Can I resolve this matter in Lokadalat ? what are the best options before me.

Dear Sir,

Sec 336 related to doing any act which endangers human life or the personal safety of others and punishment for this offence is only 3 month or fine of Rs. 250/- or both, and it is a compoundable offence.

It can be heard by Lok Adalat but on discrition of the court.
