Quashing is not easy. Please file Speedy Trial first on priority.

Quashing / Speedy Trial can be file any time if the FIR is registered and you have the certified copy.

If you hire a Corrupted High Court lawyer then he will make a stay order on 498A to make it prolongate and finally extort you.

Dear Querist

if you have any strong proof in your favor then only you should filed quashing petition u/s 482 of Cr.P.C

at any stage before starting the evidence you may file quashing petition before High Court.
