I made complaint u/s 156(3) crpc to Chief metropolitan magistrate for directions to police to register f.i.r but the same was dismissed by the chief metropolitan magistrate. Now can I make second 156(3) crpc petition before jurisdictional magistrate to direct police to register f.i.r.
