Respected sir/Madam,
I m Muslim man and working private job. nikha with Muslim woman according to Muslim shariyat.
I got married on January 2011 after 2 month of marriage life, wife left my home due to family dispute.
She is filed DV act and she has not agree to come back and divorce in case period and finally court given judgment in case and she got maintance per month under dv act.
After finish of dv case, she is filed 498c new case for harassment me and my family and case with court now.
Can I shall do second marriage if first wife filed case 498c & DV case because of she is not ready to come back. She is harassing and misuse of low only for get money purpose.
Can I shall do second marriage if first wife filed case 498c & DV case?
What is effect on negative effect on cases if I shall do second marriage ?
Pls. give advise.
