Hi,
I belong to muslim community, i have filed a case against my wife under restitution of conjugal rights act.
There were mediation sessions happend but it got failed as my wife didn't want to come back to join my company and file has been moved back to the court/judge from mediation center. I am a new patient of diabetics (from 5 days) and need care.
Can you please let me know whether i can get second marriage as case is pending in the court.

Second marriage would be perfectly valid as per muslim personal law. I am contesting the case on similar facts in Delhi on behalf of Boy.
