Second marriage without divorce

Hi as per your quary you cuold you give any application in police for her wife leave his house without any information and should he try to find her in owen or not 

coz in  hindu marriage act you didnt marriage with other girl as he didnnot divourse first in case she appear back than she file case against you without consent you marry with other lady he file case against you.. coz in hindu law if wife or husnband not found continue 7 year and no info about it than you get divorse wiothout any notice  but its long time period but first you need give application for leave her house without your consent.. and your second marriage not valid yet you could not hget divorse ...
