Section 143 of up zamindari abolition and land reforms act 1

Dear sir,

I would like to know what is the regionable time frame to get declaration under sec 143 of UP zamidari and land reform act1950, is there any citizen charter to govern the conduct of sub divisional staff.

Is there any provision in Law to get 143 for Govt. Patta Land.

I think there is no time limit framed.

Dear sir,

would you pls tell me what should be the regionable time limit to dispose off the application if every thing is on the place. If the case is 100% genuine the said plot is in the name of Bhumidhar, and very thing is ok.
