Section 143 UPZALR!

SUBJECT: A land located in the limits of Municipal Limits of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

QUERY:

Suppose in 1965 the land has been bought as an agricultural land and in 1980 it has been shown as a residential land in the Master Plan/Zonal Plan of the town then:

(a) Will it continued to be an agricultual land till date if no declaration has been made under Section 143 of UPZALR Act?

(b) If it has been notified as "residential" land use in the Urban Planning Master Plan by the Development Authority, so can the agricultual nature ceases (without declaration under Section 143)?
