Section 24 HMA

Kindly help Husband was working in USA and lived with wife just 10 days and she went to her sisters home in USA and she return back to India and filled RCR in family court and also filled FIR 498a and 506 then he came back to India to contest case and decided to work in India unfortunately no company is ready to give him job due to criminal background .. Unfortunately wife is cliaming for 8lakhs maintenance per month under sec 24 Hindu marriage act .. Admitted facts by wife 1. Before marriage she was earning 250000 2. His father earning 10000 per day I am also planning to file sec 24 against wife because no he is jobless and no income because of false 498a case and she also admitted during cross that 498a complain given only due to vengeance Kindly advice any citation favours husband in this case
