section 29 of dv Act

dear all, I have filed an application u/s 151 Cpc during dv proceedings but that was dismissed by trial court. can i appeal in session court u/s 29 of dv act or only girl can appeal u/s 29 of dv act.

Pl read the sec 29 of DV act. It is she who can appeal.

You can file slp in supreme vourt if the court erred with question of law

Appeal can be prefered by aggrieved or the respondent.
