Section 294 of crpc in 498a is dismissed

Hi,

My petition U/s 294 of CrPC is dismissed saying that such petition along with documents shall be filed after completion og Defence side evidence not between the 313 CrPC and Accused side evidence.

Can I challenge this order...

I filed 294 CrPC petition along with docs on the next dearing date of 313 CrPC is completed.....

How come the perjury can be filed while court is not allowing to summon the concern person to submit the documents..... unless the perjury petition is supported by the necessary documents how come it can be maintainable ....
