Section 73 of iea

Criminal revision petition filed u/s 397 in session court against order of Special CBI court (against the order of framing of charges in a case of 420,471 IPC). Can session court itself invoke its powers inherited in it u/s 73 of Indian evidence act to match the disputed signature with the accepted signature in a document/certificate OR can my lawyer demand for it in this stage of revision petition?

Dear Querrist

THE JUDGE OF THE CBI COURT AND THAT OF THE SESSIONS COURT ARE OF THE SAME RANK . IN SOME PLACES THE SUB JUDGE MAY BE HEARING SESSIONS MATTER ALSO . YOU MUST APPEAL ONLY TO THE SUPERIOR JUDGE AND THAT COURT MUST BE SUPERIOR TO THAT OF THE CBI COURT . IN MOST OF THE CASES THE HIGH COURT IS THE COURT OF APPEAL FOR CBI CASES .- JOSEPH WILFRED - 23/02/2013 AT 00.16 HRS .
