hi frndz...... i wanna knw k cant i pursue LLB along wid CA............ 2day i went for admission for LLB,, the staff of dat college answered me k u cant do both prof simultaneously as it is barred by BCI..... bt ICAi allow students to pursue anothr prof by jst filling form 112,,, thn wats d problm ....... plz frndz do help.....

As per law you cannot study two professional degree under one university. But you can study under two different universities.

okkk.... so y it is barred thn by BCI, as m pusuing ca thru ICAI....& LLB was thru Mumbai University.....plz tell me cant i do both simultaneously, if i can do thn frm where & wat procedure i shud follow...do reply.... thnx...

yes, u can do it.
Go to the mumbai law college and discuss it with the staff regarding your additional professional study they can guide u well.
