Respected Sir(s): I filed RCR petition against my wife in 2011 Nov. and my wife received the notice but did not attend the court. I was attending the court regularly. In Oct. 2012 she filed a petition in the women police station (not filed FIR) and given cousiling both of us and and we two accepted to lead happy matrimonial life. But my wife did not adhere her promise. Subsequently, I informed her non-joining me to the same women police station by registered post letter and orally also. After that in Dec.2012 I got ex-parte decree in my RCR petition, which was sent to my wife by registered post by me. In that Hon'ble judge has given two months time to join my wife with me from Dec.12. My douts,
1) After two months of this decree, if she denies the court order, can fle for divorce or any specific time to wait for filining divroce?
2) If she re-opens the RCR case, what will happen? Kindly advice. Thanks to all in advance. Suresh.K
