Seeking compensation for mental torture, deliberate harrassment?

My friend a senior citizen has share in deceased father's assets to the extent of 4 crores but other legal heirs have repeatedly blocked the distribution in spite of him cooperating in filing Consent Terms in 2009 and LOA from High Court.

They are doing this to black mail him to knocked down huge amount and have been involved in frauds and forgery.

His is a diabatic with heart issue and only male member in his family.

What to do as he is 77+ and worried.

Can he file police complaint?

Can he approach High Court to seek compensation for mental torture and harassment for 1Crore?

How long it takes and fastest way to resolve the problem?

file complain in the police station if they dont take action then file same complain to SP of that police after which you can file PCr u/s 200 of crpc

If your friend suspects fraud, forgery, or any criminal activity on the part of the other legal heirs, he may consider filing a police complaint.
