I am fighting 3 cases in court.
1) 125 crpc - my wife filed in Feb14
2&3) sec 13, Sec 7/10 filed by me to get custody & div on mental cruelty grounds
Tamili done for custody case but Div case was not received by wife. We are yet to appear in front of magistrat for both the cases. my Lawyer was attended last time & got log dates for both 1 in first of Aug & 2nd in Last week of Jul.
Instead she is getting short dates, every 15 days she is getting to heard in court. I am going to appear tomorrow in 125 case. request all to share useful inputs, feedbacks on what things we should take care in front of magistrate. In my case of div same magistrate is there for her's 125 case. Also confirm me what will be the flow of all cases as per procedure. MY lawyer was recevinng some hints from her lawyer to settle the matter by mutual talks as wife wants to live with me. But she had gone CAW wth false allegation to pressuize me to remain with her at her on terms which in not acceptable for me. So looking for custody of my daughter & div from her.
