Selection criteria in an interview

I am a post graduate degree holder in orthopedics with 3 yrs post pg experience. In a interview held in ESI Hospital, Bhiwadi, for post of specialist in orthopedics, a candidate who has done diploma in orthopedics was selected over me though i have a degree in the same. Total 3 candidates had appeared for the interview, myself who had a degree, and other 2 who had a diploma. What legal options do i have to protest and correct the same, as it is really frustrating not to be judged on merit, but on knowing someone in the interview board.???  HELPP me. I have even recorded the interview on my mobile to prove that i had answered all questions posed to me accurately and meticulously

These things are part of any Society.   It is a waste of time to break your head on such issues.   Still if you want tto persue the matter, obtain details under RTI Act and later take up the issue with all proof with the concerned govt for remedial steps.
