Self rectification deed at ongole , ap state

I have Purchased a property in Ongole year 2003, but the document was typed as 2002 at the start of document, And the Link Document was shown as from 1988 instead of 1990 with correct number.

Is this can be rectified through self rectification deed? Both mistakes on the first page of registered document.

The seller is nkt available to atend infront of the Sub Registrar

Such kinds of mistakes is highly improbable as every Registered document must be thoroughly checked by the Sub-Registrar and every page in the document must be having a RUBBER STAMP of the Sub Registrar showing that date. As you are stating that the mistake is only on one page and all other stampings dates on other pages are correct, it may not be such a serious mistake. Contact Sub Registrar's office they can show you a way without such rectification deed.

Yes, contact the SRO. They are the best persons to provide the guidance.
