Your father is died so your mother, u and your sisters enter your name in revenue records as per legal heir of the property then your mother and sisters are give a declaration for wave their right from this property and u enter this entry in revenue records as per procedure and then u sale this property another person but after the sale deed, the purchasder make declaration deed of your mother and sisters registered / notarized in his favour it's necessary .

If the property is within city survey area then in city servey office othewise in talathi-patwari office you will find revenue record.
