Separated wife can take screenshot of husband without notice

Can a wife submit screenshots of her husband's Facebook feed to the family court if they have been separated? Would it be considered a cyber crime if she reserves the screenshots?

I don't think that it is cyber crime if you have posted that picture by clicking the "share with public" obtion. 

but if she hacked the account then only it is crime

It is not a cyber crime. Though she may submit but court has to examine its relevance. No one could stop her from filing and she has to disclose the source and purpose which you can refute.
