Whenever we filed case against the respondents to issue notice through court and register post for their appearance for defend/contest the case. If not serve the summons against them properly even after furnished correct address of the respondents. There after we seek the permission the hon'ble court through the petition for substitute (alternate) to issue notice/summons.
Nothing but paper publication regarding the case details for respondents appearance.

It is an alternative service of summons to the defendant/respondent to appear in the case before the court through a local news paper publication after exhausting all the sources of service of summons in the normal method.
