Service matter-delhi

Do we have a State Administrative Tribunal in Delhi? If not where the service matters relating to Delhi Government shall be filed?  As per my knowledge, CAT shall have not any jurisdiction as it is only for Union Government employees. Please suggest. Also please let me know the act and rules applicable.

For New Delhi, if I am not wrong, CAT is the appropriate body. Thats the reason Kajriwal is fighting with Lt. Gov. as administration is controlled Home Ministry.

CAT dealt with such cases when New Delhi was a UT. Even today it is UT-like with CM and Assembly.

Most of the NCT of Delhi government departments (list available on the site of the Tribunal) fall in the jurisdication of Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi. Please find out the department you are interested.

ANS : NO

ANS: CAT

ANS : YOU ARE TOTALLY AND 100% WRONG.  PLEASE VISIT CAT ONE DAY OR ATLEAST SEE CAUSE LIST ON WEBSITE.

Also please let me know the act and rules applicable.

ANS : ABSOLUTELY VAGUE QUESTION ALL SERVICE RULES OF CENTRE ARE APPLICABLE ON ALL UT  EMPLOYEES.  YOU ARE SILENT AS TO ON WHICH ASPECT OF SERVICE MATTER YOU WANT TO TAKE UP CASE OF AN EMPLOYEE OF DELHI GOVT.

  1. Delhi is still a UT and not a state.  better read Consitution of India
  2. CAT entertains all cases of all UT empoyees in respective bench.
  3. Dispute between CM and LG  has nothing to with CAT jurisdcition as CM is not UT employee

Not most of the deptt. rather whole Delhi Govt service matters are in CAT jurisdiction.
