T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 30 September 2013
There is no provision to execute a warrant against the person who has left for abroad, if the foreign address and place employed is known, service of summons can be routed through MEA to the concerned Indian Embassy/High Commission of that country but it is a very lengthy procedure.

Thanks U Kalaiselvanji but request you to please let me know the details how to proceed about it?
Where or in which law or enactment or circular is the procedure described?
The wife of the Lady is in India only and it is she who tells the Police that the husband is settled abroad, but does not give the details of his address or the Country. Cant she be compelled by Law / Police to do that?
