Respected Sirs,
We are in receipt of Service Order for the supervision of erection work from our client having office in India. The end customer who is receiving the services is outside of india. Place of service is in Phillipines country. We have to raise invoice on our indian client in foreign currency & he will also pay us in foreign currency only. There is also seperate order for supply of material for the same project.
We would like to know whether service tax is applicable on such services or not.
Please advice.
