Settlement deed and res-judicata suit

Dear Sir/Madam,

I filed for divorce in 2008.

She filed a civil suit in 2010 against my self earned property ( no to alineate and permanent injunction) purchased before.

Suit dismissed by City Civil court in 2013 allowing me to deal with the property in whichever manner I desire.

I settled the property to my mother. EC reflects that.

Now she has filed another suit in the City Civil court against me and my mother with the same allegations as in the previous suit but this time the prayer being to create a charge against the property.

Can I file case of Res-Judicata against this suit. Will it be allowed?

What is the procedure of filing Res-Judicata?

Many thanks

You have to file written statement and pray for dissmissal of suit on the ground of Res-judicata.... File separate application   for deciding preliminary issue of maintainability of suit.....
