Settlement done but wife not coming in 2nd motion

Experts 498a and DV was filled by my wife this case have been settled with judge intervention and DV case is disposed off as settled in rs 7 lacs out of this amount 2.5 lakh paid on first motion 2 lacs needs to be paid on 2nd motion and 2.5 lacs on quashing suppose if wife should not come in future also for second motion what cam i do to get divorce she had already said she is bound by settlement terms etc please guide me only first motion amount is paid to her. Regards 498a is fraud
