As far as I know , the THE PROTECTION OF WOMEN AGAINST SEXUAL HARASSMENT
AT WORK PLACE BILL, 2010 was passed in both the houses in 2010. Has this bill been transformed in to a Act and what is the Act and where I can find it? If not then any time frame when this will become an Act.

Even if the bill is not passed the directions of Apex court by virtue of Article 141 & 144 of the constitution has the binding force of law.
