A sporadic extramarital connectuion of a wife doesn't, I think, deprive her of maintenance or alimony. She can't, however, avoid divorce.
For the husband to avoid maintenance, he must prove that she lives in adultery.

The husband of the adulteress can prosecute the adulterer but, on the contrary, the wife of the adulterer can't prosecute the adulteress who's an abettor.
I, a voice in the wilderness, feei such a law which appears to be favourable to men and which, in reality, is against men is poisonous and prosecuting the adulterer is inhuman. After all, he satisfied the adulteress. Not raped. If he doesn't satisfy her, the entire universe, not just this world, will punish him, a punishment severer than court's.
