What are the facts? What is the context?

You are required to give a complaint narrating your grievances, the police after getting convinced will invoke appropriate provisions of law suiting the nature of complaint.

Just submit your grievance / complaint.

Case history is : A is made an illegal and forcefully into B property and demolished B' s compound wall. B is residing at some other place.

Apart for this A engaged his own licensed surveyor  made changes in B property dimensionsa and area ( A ' s area is reduced "to 10%"  of his original area.

A illegally constructed a compound wall by encroachment in to B area. And by using this forged document he sold the property to C. C is well known all the activities done by A.

At the end of the point  B's property is in controversy now.

As per my observations the following points to be mentioned in Police Complaint:

1. Illegal forceful entry in to B' s property.

2. Demolition of B' s compound wall illegally.

3. Engagement of a Surveyor on A' s own wish and making a forged survey report by changing the area and dimensions of B' s property.

4. Cheating Andhra Pradesh Govt by keeping this Forged survey document as proof and doing a registration to C.

Shall I incorporate above points in  police complaint. ?

Request you to pl suggest.

In a complaint, you need only mention the facts.

State facts only.

If the police, after verification of facts, needs more substantiation, then share the sections , if known to you
