Share in my wife property buyed on 1979

Hi Sir,

I had purchased 1 plot in name of my wife on october 1979 with my hard earned money.Now my wife in not giving any share to me or my sons.

Property Title is like Radha w/o Surya

Query:Since I purchsed on 1979,Any loop holes where in I can ask for share since purched on 1979?

Contact Advocate, there are umpteen ways to get a compromise by filing a declaration suit, that it was purchased through your income.

It might have attained status of her absolute property.

Hope you have proof of source of funds and investment/payment for the property.
