Hi,
I relocated from Germany to India in September 2024. The shipping company that shipped my household items lost 3 boxes due to negligence. The company is based in Delhi, and their support staff in Germany put my name tag on another customer's label and sent it to me. In the process, I received items that was enrout to Switzerland and lost the bag that has every spare to fix every flat-pack furniture I purchased in Germany. I cannot find the spares to fix any of my furniture in India. The handlers also didn't keep up their promise of packing glass and vintage ceramics in crates breaking priced items.
I am without furniture from bed, dining table, cupboards... and the money I paid for the services got wasted as I have to buy everything new. The company doesn't answer emails and stopped answering my phone calls.
I want to file a case in consumer court for the itemes the company rendered waste, the problems they created and for the harassment by blocking me from contacting higher authorities in the company.
