This is with reference to Bombay Shop & Establisment act, I would like to have soft copy of total act. What is the status of earned leave in Shop & Establishment Act, its applicability, its accumulation and what if after accumulation status of un - utilised leave can that be encash, fortfieted. What is the provision of law.
