i have bought two shop . the lumpsump amount 28lakh rupess where decided by builder. now i want to register my shop and builder asking reg fee+service tax + stamp duty and some misslenous.
what i see that almost 4.5lakh is the expense for the sale deed registryprocess. this is too much.
help me to know the right for a buyer if i want to go a head for registry from my side.
The Stamp duty and registration fee vary from one State to another State. Where the property is situated?
