I was reading an article in a blog where it mentioned that husband should hire a criminal lawyer for his divorce petition rather than the civil lawyer. because anyways he will be bombed with 498a.

Just wanted to understand if lawyers who only fight the civil cases have any experiences taking bails (IPC 307, 313, 377) in sessions court?
Are there criminal lawyers in Lucknow who are specialised in taking bails?
